1. Scope of this notice

This notice concerns tiilo.net and information needed for Tiilo orders and support. Tiilo is a Futurion product. Submit personal information requests through the contact form. Do not send sensitive documents before an appropriate channel and the need for them have been explained.

2. Information involved

Depending on your use, processed information includes supplied contact details, order references and contents, payment and delivery status, support exchanges, and technical connection and usage data. Payment providers process the information needed for their services. Never enter your Mobile Money PIN or an OTP in a Tiilo support message.

3. Purposes

Information is used to manage the commercial relationship, verify payments, deliver products, provide account access, handle complaints, secure the service and meet legal obligations. The justification depends on the purpose: performing the order, a legal duty, legitimate service security or consent where required. Permission for marketing messages must be distinguishable from messages needed for an order.

Authorised order and support personnel and providers needed for payment, hosting, authentication, messaging and digital delivery may receive information relevant to their role. A third-party publisher service you activate is also subject to its own privacy policy. Ask Tiilo for information about recipients and any international transfers relevant to your situation.

Information is retained according to its purpose and applicable transaction, accounting, security or dispute requirements; an erasure request does not necessarily remove legally required records. Ask for the retention periods applicable to the relevant category. Protect account access and delivery links, and report suspected misuse.
