1. The Tiilo service
Tiilo, a Futurion product available at tiilo.net, offers digital products including software licences, subscriptions and related services. These terms concern purchases from Tiilo. Each product page describes the specific features and restrictions of the offer. For questions, use our contact form.
2. Choose a compatible product
Before ordering, check the edition, duration, number of devices or users, compatible system, activation country and publisher conditions stated for the product. A subscription is not a perpetual licence. A licence does not transfer ownership of the software. Ask for any essential missing information before paying.
3. Orders, prices and payment
The order summary shows the items, quantities, currency, prices and any fees before payment. CFA franc amounts and available Mobile Money methods depend on the country and payment flow. Check any operator fees with your operator. A debit or screenshot does not replace payment confirmation in the order. If debited without confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference before paying again.
4. Availability and digital delivery
The availability and timeframe stated on the product page apply. A product available on order may require sourcing after payment. Delivery may consist of a key, link or activation instructions. See the digital delivery policy. Instant delivery is not guaranteed unless the offer states it.
5. Activation and confidentiality
Follow the supplied instructions and the publisher’s instructions. Keep keys and access links confidential: sharing them may allow another person to use them. Never submit a password, OTP, Mobile Money PIN or full product key in a public form. Contact Tiilo to agree an appropriate verification channel.
6. Problems, cancellation and refunds
Report non-delivery, an invalid key, a duplicate payment or a product that does not match the order. The refund policy explains how. A product being digital does not by itself remove your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms automatically waives a mandatory right.
7. Publishers and trademarks
Displayed trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their presence identifies offered products and does not establish a partnership, endorsement or authorised reseller status. Use of the software or service remains subject to the publisher’s licence and terms. Tiilo cannot authorise bypassing licence, country or security restrictions.
8. Lawful use and responsibility
Provide accurate contact information and use the products and website lawfully. Tiilo may verify a suspicious transaction or refuse a fraudulent request in accordance with applicable law. Publisher or operator outages must be assessed according to their cause and effect on the order; they do not automatically release Tiilo from its seller obligations. No clause excludes liability or a guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Complaints and changes
Send a complaint through Tiilo contact, including the order reference and relevant facts. Seeking an amicable solution does not remove your right to contact a competent authority or court. Mandatory rules, including Burkina Faso consumer protections when applicable to the sale, remain preserved. Later changes to this page do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order.
