Refund & Return Policy

1. A problem with your order?

Use the Tiilo contact form with the order reference, affected product, payment reference and a description. An error screenshot may help; hide sensitive details. A full key, password or PIN is not needed to open a complaint.

2. Non-delivery, an invalid key or an incorrect product

Non-delivery, a key already used when received, failed activation despite meeting the stated requirements, or a product that does not match the order must be investigated. Depending on the facts and applicable rights, the remedy may be support, correction, replacement or a refund. Technical checks cannot remove statutory guarantees.

3. Cancellation before delivery

Request cancellation promptly if you no longer want a pending order. Tiilo checks its status and explains the applicable options. An “on order” label does not remove remedies for non-delivery. Avoid activating a product while a cancellation request is being assessed if you wish to preserve return options.

4. Withdrawal rights and digital products

Statutory withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. An exception concerning an early-started service or unsealed software may only be relied upon when its legal conditions are actually met, including customer agreement where required. Being digital, receiving a message or viewing a key does not by itself create a general automatic waiver here. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain separate.

5. Processing a refund

Any refund due is processed within applicable legal deadlines after checking references and the recipient. The refund method is communicated to you; an alternative cannot be imposed instead of a refund to which you are entitled. Report confirmed duplicate payments for correction. Never provide a PIN, OTP or extra payment to have a complaint assessed.
